This warranty covers you for 12 months from the date you receive your purchase.

This Express Warranty entitles you to a "Priority Replacement" of your BassbudsTM in the unlikely event that they develop a fault. If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange to send you a brand new replacement item instead of a repaired item.

Once we receive your BassBudsTM they will be treated as a matter of top priority. In most cases your item will be replaced and dispatched within 2 - 3 business days.

Proof must be provided in the form of a confirmation email, Groupon Voucher or any other documentation that supports the proof of purchase. Accepted file formats ".jpg, .jpeg, .pdf"

This warranty is only valid for 12 months and is not in conjunction to our standard warranty. The express warranty entitles you to receive a brand new pair of BassbudsTM that will be sent to you in the fastest possible way. This warranty entitlement is exclusive to you and demonstrates our commitment to resolving any issues that may arise.
